If I create an MXM and reference it, then move to embed values and let it copy them over, and then save, the file works as expected.
But if I save the file with the referenced values box ticked, then it won't reload and just gives a general error upon loading (3dsmax generated)
Now I am using Max6 so just pointed the Max7 maxwell plugin to my Max6 install, so that could be an issue.
Just curious if anyone else has had this issue. I'm sure it was working fine not so long ago, but now I have a mapped network location for all my work, so I'm pointing to a V:\blah\blah\blah\blah\blah.mxm rather than a local folder, or what was before, a relative maching path \\predator\blah\blah\blah.mxm
Bit of a pain because I have to tap Referenced Values (no) then Embed Values again to make sure I've got the latest ones, rather than it just using the latest ones.
Any ideas? I know I should really update Max but it's a full version update now and I don't really need any of the new features bar stack editable poly...
Thanks
Dave
