edit: didn't see the first ones where already rendered at higher rez :P

I guess if it's already gone for 10h and there's still so much noise, you're going to have to render it for at least 30h to get to an acceptable level. In this case I think it would be much better to render it and double or even triple rez for 15h then size it down.

Nice renders too....a little confusing with the floor and walls the same color.

Size down realy helps ? ? ? i need to see some examples for this... and yep, it's the same tile for both wall and floor.

here is a lights test... 8hr >> 12.6sl... i guess this would need more then 30hrs ?!?!? - i think i need a better box

really good render
the support for the towel seems too much close to the pavement and too much tightened regarding the piece of furniture

Well it seems in some cases it's really better to render at a much higher rez and scale it down.

Take a look at this thread. Eldo mentions he let the smaller one also render for 20h but that it didn't add much to the one already rendered for 5h.

We all know after a certain sl level (for interior scenes it's usually around 13-16) the image will change very little, so it makes sense to me to render at very high rez and scale down to get rid of the noise. I guess the trick is to render at not only double rez but 3x or even 4x.
