Nice composition and looks promising !

Very good job on the grass and the facade has Maxwell grade realism.

The one thing that jumps out the most now is the roof texture. It is repetitive, there is tiling (unavoidable pan)
Also the brown area (is that mulch ? ) could use a higher resolution texture.

:: cmaera angle is not the best but overall the image is quite nice. The grass looks good and same comments about the roof, mapping looks very convincing but the texture itself needs to be less contrast... if you care to share it i can change it in PS  ::

Pretty decent job with the grass in PS. .....I think that if you wanted to make
the image a little more attractive you should maybe see if you can get the sun to streak across the facace in a dramatic way.

ps. ...the previous comments on the roof/tiling i agree with.
one last thing ......the stucco needs a pinch of contrast for depth.
...a little more bump

Also... the windows pushed right up against the roof gutter like that looks really odd to me...

Thomas,
Thanks for the reply, and the comments. I will try a better mulch texture

X_site,
What do you think would be the best camera angle? And if you want to pm me your email address I will send you the file for so you can adjust it; I appreciate!

Podgorczyk,
The grass is from a flamingo material (health grass). I had an image that I rendered before with the grass in it so I used the clone tool add added the grass to my image then I used a brush that looked like a grass shape to add the detail around the sidewalk. If you would like I will render the grass later in flamingo and I can share it with you.

Ivox3,
Thanks for the comments; I will try the sun in a few different ways.
I'm just now learning about controlling DOF, but I will try to tighten it up. And I’ll bump up the bump.

Mverta,
I will move the windows down a little. Thanks for the comments.

Thanks,
Mark

:: the main issue is the fact that you crop the bulding in an odd way. Rotate a bit more to show the elevation on the left or keep the camera straight showing only the front.

Check my profile, the email address is there ::
