However they launch it now in what is it.. 4-5 hours from now gotta watch the launch live tonight!
Those with super PC's and Mac's here should take on the challenge to recreate that piece tho, it'd be interesting to see if they were able to pull it off. I almost doubt it..

Hi everyone!
just remembered that I actually HAVE a model of the whole scene including the discovery in pretty much the same position. It's a complex
Lightwave scene and I'll have to check first how easy it will be to convert it
into a 3DS, Max OR MAYA scene... I'll give it a go and let you know.
Someone will have to put it onto a FTP then or so.... very nice idea indeed.

Fuso, converting this to FBX would be the best method as it would support the most uers.

Almost all modeling apps now support FBX and would be better than max or maya format where only a few users would have access to it.

FBX : C4D, 3dsMax, Maya, Sketchup Version 5, XSI(?) to name a few.
