Now here's something I've noticed while changing the camera settings:
After turning off the "keep aspect ratio" under "resolution settings", changing X Res or Y Res values (default are set to 640x480) causes camera to act strange: Now while camera frame is within the Vieport, everything is fine. But when one of the values is bigger then that, "Focal length" of the camera changes automaticly, but ONLY in Viewport - the "Focal Length" under "Camera settings" (for example, default 35mm) value doesn't change.
You can see what I'm talking about by setting the Y res value to 3000 or so, while leaving the X res on about 400.
I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but it causes big problems when rendering a wide shots for example.
PS: I've noticed the problem in all recent versions of Maxwell, so it's not a metter of 1.7
