Just received an email from next limit. It says....

Maxwell Render 1.7 has only been out for a little while, and we are already releasing new updates! Please take a look at the updates we have released over the past days:

3dsMax plug-in updated
ArchiCAD plug-in updated
SketchUp plug-in updated
Mac OSX version updated

However the NEW mac OSX is still 1.7 after download .
New osx or not ?

mxcl in OSX should show version 1.7.0.1

Clarification to OSX (C4D) users: the only way to tell that the latest update's mxcl is 1.7.0.1 is to download the update, install it, start the MW plug or open an mxi in mxstudio and then, go to About mxcl. The Get Info of the mxcl.app in the Maxwell file still indicates 1.7.
