I need to rework some older 1.6 renders in 1.7.
I know the new sun is a whole new baby but what settings in 1.7 will most accurately simulate the old 1.6 sky ?

That totally depends on what the sky that you used looked like, could you post a screen? :)

If having used the phyical sky and sun in 1.6 with all parameters at base values , only set to specific date , time and city , these settings should correspond to some similar settings in 1.7.
I was quite happy with the sky in 1.6 and just want to know how to replicate it.
Looking to do this again

Wouldn't this be close to what you are looking for? :)

Thanks Nico , these settings are actually similar but only for your location.
When I use the ground rotation settings on the original scene however I get something quite different

Your best bet may be to use 1.6 for those old scenes if you want to stay with the 1.6 Sky.
