I'm guess that the image in the background is the same HDRI that was used to light the scene? Could you post a .jpg of the hdri to give us a better idea of the input?

That's what's crazy about that image! If you look at the black panel below with the tiny white dot on the left, that's a jpeg of the HDRI that they used. I'd imagine that the backdrop is just a cyclorama.

I was referring to the other HDRI image (scene 6) which seems to have a typical exterior day scene HDRI.

It kinda feels like the final release is closing in now.. are we maybe looking at a late October to early November release ? it kinda smells like that.
