Thanks for the link. I did manage to download it from there with no problem, but that doesn't tell me if I am still getting emails sent to me by next limit. I resorted to using the forum because the email I sent them on Friday went unanswered.

In the past I had a similar problem (could not receive any Next Limit emails). Turned out that my ISP had the NL servers listed as spam and they were being globally excluded from the entire comcast network regardless of whether I was removing all spam filters on my end.

Anyone having problems receiving emails should contact their ISP to see if the NextLimit servers have been blocked.

Interesting, am i eligible for official e-mail 5 days after release(as a legal customer) or i should forget about it, and switch to warez sites, where new release appeared on 2nd day after release?

Joss, the fact is there are lots of other people who receive emails.
For this reason I have to mention the following to you and everyone here:

*** You know, an email has a physical route and on that route everything must be working without problems so, you'll receive the email successfully. It's not because we didn't send it, we forget it, we exclude you or similar unacceptable reasons.

*** Please contact with salesdesk@nextlimit.com and make sure your email on our record is correct and your email server is not rejecting emails from us or classifying them as spam.

As we always put the link here on this forum, it shows we think there might be problems for some in receiving emails and this clearly show care about you.

I received e-mail from "SalesDesk NextLimit <salesdesk@nextlimit.com>" 26th october this year with topic "New plugin for Mac OSX Leopard user", which is means your domain is not in the spambase of my provider, and my address in your email base is pretty correct.

At the day of release i checked "download instruction" section of forum, and there was link to mxw 1.5.

the customers list is made automatically so there is no way we have excluded you from the announcement.

In any case, as Tom pointed out, everything must be ok in the path of the email and there are several things (even some of the out of our control) that can have failed and that's why we're concerned about people who didn't get the email = posting the download information and asking in the forum.

Really, I think the best you can do is to check with salesdesk@nextlimit.com and also to check with your mail/ internet services provider, and stop thinking that we don't care about customers.
