then there are few things you might want to do.
check your system units and set them as you're comfortable with, let's say cm.
check your display units and set them accordingly, let's say cm.
go to the maxwell tab and under system set your conversion scale, if you have your units in cm then it should look like this: 100 units in max are equal to 1 mt in maxwell: scene scale 0,01 (0,001 if you set your units in mm and so on).
then check that your model is correct, i mean if a wall is 10 mt wide, it must be 10 mt wide for real.

following these steps you'll get a correct scale.

pedro3822 wrote:Mané, my problem is when i export from archicad maybe it goes with a scale diferent when you export from autocad

And if i give you my file by email, you coul merge it into your scene, scale it and clean your project, and send back to me the file

Can you do this?

P.S. the bump number you use in my scene didn´t work, maybe because of the scale
check your scene with Rivoli´s steps and comment us your results... (thanks Rivoli)
My personal steps:
1. I create my scene in metres (for me is easier) in Autocad.
2. I reescaled my scene in milimetres (to create a satisfactory definitions in curves when i export to max).
3. I open max and check my system units and set them in mm.
4. I finally export my cad file and check my maxwell units (0.001).

That´s all

Pedro i think you have great troubles with basics issues, if you don´t know to work in max, all we could explain you is really useless  . Read above, i have put my personal steps. To modificate units setups in max. Customize/units setup/system units setup..

the fact is pedro, you can pick up any units set up that you like, as long as it is done in a coherent manner.
set your system units in cm, set your display units in cm (leave lighting units alone, they don't make any difference here).
go to the renderer tab and set scene scale to 0,01 (that means 100 units in max, that is 100 cm, are equal to 1 meter in maxwell, that is they are coherent).
that's it.
then go back to your model, draw a rectangle 100x100 cm (that is 1x1 mt) and check that what is supposed to be 1 mt in your model is actually 1 mt. if not rescale your model accordingly.

in units setup we have system unit setup (what did you choose) display unit scale (what did you choose) and lightning units (what did you choose)

Sorry for so many questions
i have sent you a private messenger Pedro3822...

pedro3822 wrote: in the render panel_system_scene scale i put 0,001 like mané told and under it appear 1000.000 Max units are equal to 1 meter in Maxwell units

Is this ok, i think it isn´t!!
as mane said, that's correct. that basically means 1000 mm are equal to 1 mt, forget those other 0s after the comma.

yess, shutter speed is the amount of time that light is allowed to pass through the aparature. One way of getting more light into the camera is to decrease the shutter speed -- in other words, leave the shutter open for a longer period of time. :)

First: each proyect is different Pedro, my own inner had two big glassed frontage ( i think it´s the correct word :? ), one faced North and the other faced South, so the among of light is going to be bigger. Anothe issue is using reflective color materials in walls and ceiling (i use pure white in walls), i means clear colours. Don´t worry if you want to use glasses in windows, IMO there is no troubles with them (more render time only and noise), and my last recommendations are:
1. Low SS value to 30
2. Change the time of your physical sky
