ooooh YES!!!!
amazing that the day i waited for a looong time finaly is around the corner.

just a few minor questions:
- will this forum get a new area for v1.0 discussion?
- will we get how-to-information about how to deal with/modell specific maxwell-tasks like the famous air/glas/water-object, or the intersecting-objects-problem, clipmap-techniques.
- also a good material-editor manual with 3 pictures for every option (with lets say a small value, middle value, high-value). this could be also community work if not yet done. but i think such comprehensive overview can help finding the right values without too much guesswork

well im pretty excited!
this will be a great week!

Thanks for the nice pictures and the new features. As all I'm looking forward to all the new announcements till the release.

*Realizing that finally having Maxwell v1.0 will ruin my time management to play Oblivion - would you mind to postpone Maxwell any further?* :D

Really looking forward to get the final version to play with it. Then you will see some of my images in the usergallery. (Perhaps not as good as the rest here, but I like Maxwell ad render almost everything with it, discarding and ignoring the cinema internal render.)

Thank you Tom and Victor and Maya .... and the complete Maxwellteam for producing such a great toy!

That is a great quote! So true! Did you come up with this yourself?

Cheers,

As promised we got a new announcement today(tuesday)...and it look really cool.
Nice improvement of the clip map, the shadows are perfect. I really like the dispertion picture with all the "drops", how long to render that? But it's nothing compare with the burning wood...Amazing.

Well done!
The release is on the way for sure.

They are wonderful images...

Would it be possible to have the render time and processor speed with them?

Thanks,

Mark
