Oliver, I would try this for the water:

ND 1.33
Attenuation: about 10m
Transmittance: hint of blue/green
Roughness: 0
I assume you've got a bump on there already..........

I find that if the 'body' of water is still too dark then I just increase the attenuation distance, making the water less 'murky'.

ND is already 1.33
attenuation: i've tried values from 1mm to 999m....always black (and normals are facing outwards) :roll:
transmittance is colored blue
roughness: 1
i have a bump... and i will let it render over night just to see if it clears up...

It looks to me like there is almost no reflection??? Reflectance should be close to 255, for me usually around 235-240 works. Also your underwater lights will never work out well, until volumetrics are back in M~R.
