Oh wow, what a great ambience in the dawn versions! Excellent stuff!! One small crit is the floor has too much bump, you can see this especially in the larger render.

That is very impressive indeed! First, thanks for sharing these stunning
images and also the settings. Keep rendering!! Then also I really like the
actual design of that project. Are you an architect and designed it by
yourself? I'm working for an architectural practice in London and we just
purchased Maxwell to be used with VIZ2005 and Maya6.5.


Just one more question: What is the floor material and would you mind
sharing the bitmaps you've used?

Hello Fuso, thanks for your comments. I´m actually an arquitect student, and this is one of my mind spaces. I started in 3d world 7 mounths ago (more or less) and it was completelly modelled in Autocad2004...about bitmaps, give me an address and i´ll sent you them :wink:

I,m so sorry Smooth, I didn´t learnt with any tutorial, I was using Autocad (since first version) 8 years ago and actually continue but totally self-taught.. :D

Environment: physical sky enable, use sunlight disable.
City:Sydney,D:1 M:1 Y: 2005, hour: 8
Render time:15 hours aprox each render, sampling reached 17-18, max bounces:20.
All caustics layer activated,model units mm, maxwell units 0.001..
Camera settings:
Image1: fstop:8, SS:70, 35 mm.lens
Image2: fstop:8, SS:70, 28 mm.lens
Image3: fstop:8, SS:70, 28 mm.lens
Image4: fstop:8, SS:50, 24 mm.lens
Image5: fstop:8, SS:50, 35 mm.lens
Image6: fstop:8, SS:60, 24 mm.lens
Image7: fstop:8, SS:60, 24 mm.lens
Image8: fstop:8, SS:60, 30 mm.lens
Image9: fstop:8, SS:50, 30 mm.lens

Bump floor material reduced, structural details added, noise reduced (longer render time), columns material and ceiling added, another interior ambient created... :)

again great work mane! noiseless really :)
but they are suffering from glass and far objects blur problem i think...
i believe oscar would do something for this situation.
