I will try also...It's good when someone give you some answer to your problem. Thank you so much Tom  . By the way, i really like your stage1_tom scene for the material preview. It's fast and give some very understandable result...far better than the original one. May be you can also tell me how to set yours by default?

Thank you Hyltom, I try to help as much as I can ;)

It's easy, just rename it as defaultpreview.mxs

Just a suggestion, run that test with no bumpmap, see if you still get those artifacts. If not, reapply your bumpmap but with smaller settings (what are you using now?). If the artifacts still don't appear, raise the bumpsetting until they do to see at what setting they appear....

Thanks for your help Mihai, I will try this tomorrow. Now the setting for the bump are between -1 to 2 (depending of the layers. This material has 5 layers and 5 different map).

Actually I'm a bit worried, why before with V1 I have no problem and now with V1.1 some artifacts appear?

5 layers?

And they all have bump applied?

You could probably make this material a lot more efficient with only two or at most 3 layers.

Maybe yes, I already think about that but not enough time to try.
You can see the progress of this material here:

On the first picture, each different color correspond to a layers. So each layer has a different weightmap and bump map.

No, they can't be different about this because 1.1 has no difference about this comparing to 1.0

For sure something changed...and it's not the scene, the material, or the mapping so...? If you want me to do the exact same rendering with V1 and then V1.1 to prove it, I will do it.
By the way, I also used this material for some product in V1 without problem. Last night I make a new product rendering, with the same material and V1.1 and I get some small artifacts.
Actually something changed from V1 to V1.1 which can be at the origine of the problem:
-IMPROVED ANISOTROPY
Angle Map interpretation method improved. Now it's possible to angle map objects without having unwanted poles.

-IMPROVED / FIXED BUMPMAP & NORMAL MAP
Bump and Normal Map system has been completely renewed. Important bumpmap problems have been fixed.
The possibility to configure the interpretation of Normal Maps coming from different applications encoded in various axes has been added

By improving these feature, may be something has been broken.

Yes, but we've tested and granted these improvements as better than before. Your previous settings may look weird when rendered with 1.1 but I don't think they are due to bugs. Just the old smoothing problem is enough for this I think.

You are certainly right Tom. Today, I downscale the map from 2000*1500 to 1000*750 (as you tell me to do yesterday) and it 's working better (still not perfect). I will post the result later. :D
