Can you confirm this?
It works if you disable "-ml"
Otherwise mxcl just closes.

Yeah, looks like a bug to me.
(although I have never used autorange in my renders ... do you find it gives good results ? )

Yes, it can help sort out contrast levels. However I do flick between the two and use the best looking result.
