But if you feel rich and want 2xdualcore, get an NVIDIA nForce 2200 based mobo. I wanted to fit my system in a standard ATX case, so I ended up with the Arima NV300. Warning: Do not buy the MSI dual opteron Mobo:s, they have nonstandard heatsinks and all sorts stability problems. I tried three of them, they all went back to where they came from.

No they're not. You need Opterons, 265's at least. They are pricey, and the MoBo:s are pricey too.
