You again.. yes my first and biggest suggestion/tip or recommendation for you is to use the forum Search function. It helps alot and then you will find tips on how to get that cameraflash effect.

Alright, i was expecting this reply if you don't like what i have to say then don't read it and don't let it get to you. And most people never dare to say what they really think about a rendering or something here without sugarcoating it and wrap the words in a nice paper. I don't do that.

But maybe i'll just make you happy and grant your wishes and shut my piehole from now on so you won't get pissed off at every little word type here. Which also means i will stop helping people on here from now on as that could be seen as offensive and disturbing to you. And i don't want that to happen.

Ok do this..
Make a small plane emitter and just place it slightly above your cameralens as where you find the flash of a real camera. And then you have to adjust the emitter intensity to your scene so it lits it well enough. It's not much more to it than that.

this is an old flash scene i rendered (alpha 1.1.33), hope it helps:



here's the setup: the only light source in scene is the emitter that act as a flash (aligned to the camera but slightly off to avoid perfeclty perpendicular casted shadows, which would eventually hid behind the objects in scene). the emitter is a small poly, 3x3 cm (D65 700W), roughly 1,40 mt from the focal point (slightly beyond the chair in this case).
camera settings: fstop 8, shutter speed 60, focal lenght 28 mm.
