Hi all,

I had this one already posted in the Rhino Section in an early stage.
But I thought, let’s put it in the more crowded part of the forum.

This is the Eagle Lander from the series Space 1999 I’m working on.
I had this model when I was a little kid, at that time I was very impressed by the model and I still am, so I thought lets make my own interpretation of this ship.

The only thing is that I can’t seem to finish my render, Maxwell crashes after about 2 hours.
I do have all latest versions, I model in Rhino.

I had 2 of those as a kid.....made by dinky toys I think. One had a crane and some containers in the middle ...the other had a command centre.

Geometry:

Num Meshes: 136
Num Triangles: 4550473
Num Vertexes: 2450452
Num Normals: 1748254

Maxwell still crashes at sl 9/12 but still some nice renders:
