Hope you like it :) It has reached Level 17, but it's still a bit noisy. Sunlight + Sun and one emitter.

hey Kay... real nice superb render !

where did U placed the emitter... is it a large one..? it sure helps pixels in the dark to clean faster (aka noiseless)... I am doing a similar scene, but at 17L, it is still way more noisy..

btw.... how did you make thebackground picture?

Nice setup for wood. Maybe the enviroment outside is too bright

Hervé, I have placed the emitter on the opposite of the windows, it's about 2 x 2 meter in dimensions, 500 Watt. I think it would have been better if I had scale it larger to get less noise.

Looks good so far! I think at that level it will be difficult to get rid of the noise though. Same problem as in my image.

So I think the formula is:

Less light - more noise. More light - less noise

:D

Sorry for the confusion. I meant sunlight with sun activated and an extra emitter inside the room. :D

Yep, Physical sky. That's what I meant :-) And sun activated plus an emitter.
