I hope you manage to complete a Maxwell interpretation of this scene. I suppose success, or otherwise, depends a lot on the lightwave plugin?

That's a perfectly nice eyeball. I'd have a tough time in life if eyeballs of themselves were a problem. :)

Something different, right... :) The bokeh in the background is stunning.
If you look at only the background, its almost photoreal.
The composition itself needs more integrity. You should put the fetus a bit to te left, and make its container cleaner, or the rest of the scene more dirty.
