Hi all,
If I'm rendering a COOP render with 2 servers running on it and I then add a new server to the list, which starts rendering immediately, what's going on with the SL of the new machine? It appears to start from SL0/1 rather than where the others left off. Is this right or is something wrong?
Eg.
Machines 1 and 2 are currently at SL3.
Add Machine 3 to the list.
Now looks like:
Machine 1 - SL3
Machine 2 - SL3
Machine 3 - SL1
Any ideas? Or is it just not a good idea to add slaves after beginning a COOP render?
Similarly, is it safe enough to kill a server during a render, assuming there's at least 1 remaining server to finish the job?
Cheers all,
