i have already coped with this bug a while ago.. i remember it was related to emitter geometry but dont remember what was exactly the matter.... can anybody fresh up my memory?

low SL is not a bug.... unless you mention the bug I don't see any problem. so many emitters through glass need 18 or more.

My emitter are just plain cube and are all quads.. i have cecked that in statistic..
so which is the reason for those artifacts?
they dissapeare when lowering the light from those emitter with multilight features...

with artefacts you mean the horizontal banding?

This should depend on the emitters. Perhaps they have been triangulated in a strange way or something with the emitter settings if you can post the emitter mxm files. You can check in Studio to see how they are triangulated if you switch to Hidden Line mode.

I had this strange stripey banding issue trying some maxwell stuff at home.

I was using 16 bit Images generated in Photoshop and converted to mxi files to light a scene.

I was experimenting with a simple 0,0,0 to 255,255,255 gradient.
As soon as I turned off the emitter using this mxi the problems went away.

My other Image driven emitters where much lighter and had perhaps 70% less contrast,
all of them rendered flawlessly.

perhaps check for materials and emitter with white color values at 255.
They should be 242 maximum.
