How to i export alpha channels for renderings, it does not want to work for me when I export .tif

Check the alpha box, and make sure your object isn't surrounded with an environment (no floor, no back walls, etc). If you've tried that and it still doesn't work, please explain in greater detail what the issue is.

I always save renders as .tga, with the alpha box checked I get a seperate alpha render to use in postwork compositing.
