I think the new ArchiCAD Add-on needs to be used with version 1.1 only.

I was using version 1.0 and it did not work. I downloaded the 1.1 demo and it works fine now.

All I need now is a Render Farm. Any recomendations?

1. If you are rendering or simply saving out from Archicad it is very important that the following directory exists C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\ Even if you specify your own directory it will always default back to this directory. Seems to be a bug I use a Swedish system and found out pretty quickly that the add-on needs this directory, obviously it's not called that on a Swedish system.

I can confirm this is a bug in the released version of the add-on. It exhibits itself only on localized versions of Windows though (I have reports from Swedish, Danish and Italian users). The fix for the problem is already available and it is being tested. If you need it ASAP please contact me directly using PM. You can also use the workaround as described in the original post.
