I can send you an archive with the scene that crashes Maxwell 2.5.0.0 right after voxelization whenever shadow channel is checked for calculation. Tried this on Mac OS X and on a PC with the same result.

It's not a problem of ram? I had the same problem due to too high resolution request.

12 Gb of RAM on Mac Pro, 8 Gb on win64 PC. Resolution is 5000x4000 px. I'll try lowering the resolution to see if that's the reason tomorrow.

David, lowering resolution to 500x400 didn't help.
devista, I am not sure what do you mean. MXS is exported from Maya 2011 x64, nothing special.
