Please correct the default settings in a way that there should not be any contradictory data.
Now if the film frame is 24 x 36 the resolution canot be 640 x 480 and pixel aspect 1.
One option could be frame 24 x 36 and resolution 720 x 480 and pixel aspect 1.
Another option could be frame 24 x 36 resolution 630 x 420 and pixel aspect 1.
this contradiction generates problems at the time of setting camera parameters from default.

Confirmed. Also setting filmwidth from 36 to 32 and then 32 to 36 corrupts pixel aspect from 1.0 to 1.125.
