Well this is not working properly.
If you play enough with the Block and Hide boxes, you will see that you can have a Blocked View or unblocked view with a camera icon on, or off.
It also is possible to have a hidden camera or an unhidden camera with the camera icon on, or off.
So up to now this icons do not mean anything.
