I currently have 1.7.0 installed on my machine. I down loaded the new 1.7.1 update. Is this a patch or a new full version install? Do I need to uninstall my existing version or is this an update to my existing installation of 1.7.0?

I just replaced and moved all the items for the 1.7.1 patch folder into the 1.7.0 folder. Accept the copying and all is fine here.
