I haven't downloaded any of the RC's yet as I am on a Mac and so it's pointless for me for now.

I'm trying out the Beta. Is there a way to mainpulate the emitters? All I get in the plug-in are watts and light type but there doesn't seem to be a way to manipulate temperature or color.

I'm trying to create a blue light and a red light? Can someone tell me how to do this?

Thanks.

Forgive me if this is incorrect as I have a PC and don't have form-z.

You need to change the emitter type to Custom to use your own coloured light source.

If you select Custom from the emitter type, I presume a colour box will appear for you to chose the colour you want.

In 3DSMax, the colour box is there all the time, but only works when Custom emitter type is selected. There should also be a MXI option, so you can use an MXI file as an emitter. (Think image on a TV screen for example.)

You should also be able to change the watts to watts/m2 etc. Perhaps this is a drop down menu in Form-Z as it is in 3DSMax.

Hope this helps,

Tim.

Precisely what I would expect and yet, there is no drop down menu. Yes you can change watts to watts/m2 and all but no other options.
