What about a physically correct flash always attached to the camera that can be turned on and off?

I suppose in most DC applications you could easily add an asset to your asset library and parent it to the camera when needed? This seems like a gimmick though, I thought the idea of off camera flash was precisely because on camera ones tend to make your photos look like crap?
