You obviously spent quite a bit of time with this mockup. But what exactly do you now find more advanced than the current scheme?
Would you really want to change tabs to in order to see cameras/materials etc? I wouldn't.
While I don't use Studio regularly I find it's qt-based old window scheme, especially with it store-able configurations greatly more advanced
and flexible than in the programs you mention.
i say the same of what you say when mcneel and autodesk and microsoft change the menus of their softwares
the current scheme use big space of the screen . and can maxwell team use two schemes: new and classic than the user choose what he like
Doesn't really make sense.....why would I want to see the camera settings fullscreen? Or the other panels? They have a limited nr of settings, so most of the panel would just be empty space. You can however already temporarily maximize the viewport view by pressing H, then H again to bring it back to normal.
when we try we can give the right opinion
many famous softwares use menus like that and are very useful and comfortable
and there is no problem when switching between menus
i use icons of camera to show the idea and maxwell team develop it .
