In the meantime, couldn't you export Archicad scenes to use in other software you may have that already has a Maxwell plugin?

Does Archicad export .obj files? If so you may be able to render Maxwell images using MatadorLight.

Yes, Becco is right... I am using archicad all the time.
Export your scene .3ds or .obj and you can use max, c4d or any other 3d software with the appropriate maxwell plugin.

It works great!
