Any features you'd like to see implemented into Maxwell?

Do you still have in mind developing your Blender plugin, Rickyx?
Well, with this latest news...
there isn't any reason to continue.

Looking forward...

Good news! We are finally in touch with N.Ildar and I'm happy to announce this here. Currently, we have a lot of internal changes in SDK as we're working on v3. So, he will join and keep his good work when we're ready to share these new changes with him. Therefore, he won't lose time with building more stuff on obsolete methods. Thanks for your patience...
So does this count as official support, or just "semi-official"?

The reason I ask is I would happily pick up Blender if it had official Maxwell support -- but I don't need another unsupported software, I have too many of those already.

Best,
Jason.

Hello everybody and sorry for my English. :)
Wonderful news!
I also use BMaxwell and I'm amazed how good this plugin is, but for sure I will feel better if it would be an officially developed product. :)

I'm wondering what we could expect now from N.Ildar and NexLimit working together on this plugin?

So excited about this collaboration!!

Native proxy support would be great though. Larger scenes in studio don't work very well...

Polynurb, Lynchon, Octane and Thea Blender plugins are commercial products so it can be done somehow... I see no problem buying blender plugin for e.g extra $99 from NL team with really good support as I now receive for Rhino and Maya and be sure it will be frequently updated.
Maybe poll for that?

I think that Next Limit should do this plugin for free like other ones. Blender is a really powerful, professional and versatile 3D tool and it deserves this. To be honest I wouldn't chose Maxwell if BMaxwell wasn't exist.

I believe as long as you own Maxwell Render Suite all the plug-ins are free to download. So it would include this one as well. Now you still may want to contribute to N.Ildar.
