I would have puchased MW if it were able to work with c4d but I dont want to pay only for wishes. I cant work by wishes. it is my opinion...
Maya and Max has several 3rd rendering engine, Max originally has two inbuilt almost GI system. Only C4d is a little poor software witch has only AR to render and every user kows it is almost good but not enougt. and Vray gives a big competition for arcviz people. lot of c4d user ride to max because of Vray and I'm thinking about it too... but is not your problem.
but i want a last chance not to switch Max.
that is why a lot of c4d user look MW as a Saviour.
only a very alpha and hardly working plugin is enough to see for patience
thanks and good work

I personally switch to max for Arch. Viz just because of Vray.
Now with Maxwell I know that I can outperform Vray by miles and I just wait for the C4D plugin to go back to my favour program.
With AR C4D's and Maxwell what else do we really need?
...you are right the is no C4D plugin yet... - but my advice to you: if you have the money and it is not a big deal for you 400$ buy it now.
C4D plugin is not that far away. the entire C4D cgtalk is screaming for that plugin - maxwell guys are not deaf - they listen - they even change their license policy (for 2cpu's -> 4) and I guess because of the C4D SDK is new to them that is why is not yet available.
Do you think that they want loose all these customers by not making a C4D plugin?
one more thing I have to say about that maxwell renderer:
