Any features you'd like to see implemented into Maxwell?

I don't think there is a need to have a Modo plugin, you will be able to import in geometry into the standalone Maxwell without any problems when it becomes available. You will be able to set your camera, lights and material in the standalone, which will need to do with the standalone even if there was a Modo plugin, since those scene elements are not fully developed in Modo.

Now this is something that will need a plugin or an export. It would be possible if Maxwell opens their MXI format so a export converter could be created to export animation from Modo-animation to render in Maxwell. I would prefer a plugin in this respect, since scene elements like camera, lights, material will all play a bigger role in Modo's animation future. I believe from what Brad Peeler mentioned in the past that the animation module will be able to work with outside rendering apps, it follows their module, pipeline-plug-able app approach. So, a Modo to Maxwell could be a possibility if both sides work to make that happen, but the animation module is probably a long ways off.
