E-On Software has one, Vray and Mental Ray also have one (if not the pinnacle solution).
A Maxwell-Based system that competes with Multiscatter, Carbon Scatter would be infinitely useful for a wide host of applications.
At the very least, support for existing tools is welcome. However I'd certainly like to do the scattering in Maxwell Studio, naturally.
