well onyx is nice as well, using this one for years here. unfortunately, they abandoned mac support some time ago (also if they started as a mac only company...).
if i'd work on windows, i'd buy http://exlevel.com/features/ this one immediately

but let's wait for that modo solution - the nice thing about it seems to be the good workflow integration...
