Hi all,
I´m pulling my hair off, I don´t know what happen to my laptop, if I turn it on without the internet chord is fine, but at the moment I plug the internet chord it frozen completely and I have to shut it down leaving the power button press.
I´m writing from my wife´s computer, and I can´t find any solution in internet.
Anyone knows a solution please?

it could be the network driver or the network chip...

did you try to reinstall the network driver?
can you try to connect the cable in windows save mode with network drivers?

what is your laptop and chipset model?

Thanks for the reply, I just read the news, the latest Mcafee update has frozen thousands of computers around the world because son DAT corrupted file.
I uninstall mcafee and everything is running again.
If you are running Mcafee please don't install the latest update... disable the updates for now
