I was so close to break this thing! but it's finally working.
I got an used tablet (first gen) 12x12 for $10 in a garage sell. Well, it turns out it had a serial mac connection
. So I bought a serial connector for pc ($30).
After that I couldn't get the tablet to work for the love of my life! I opened the tablet, checked the connections, and every seemed fine
.
So I decided to contact wacom and ask them what could be wrong with my tablet. They mention to check my ac convertor and they gave me a part#. Well after checking on the internet the convertor's specification, I realize that my convertor was a 9V and the one that they mention was a 12V.
To make the story short, I went to readioshack ($20) and now I have a fully working tablet
