i am searching for a software that is easily usable and pretty cheap with basic functionalities to open/draw/edit .dwg files for a «non-architect» person...

maybe someone has a hint ?

rhino3d can open dwgs, its interface is very similar, it has its own maxwell plugin, and you can try it free for up to 25 saves
