Bottom line: for a project like this you better get a scripter who knows his stuff. And php/xhtml/ajax > flash.

I got sort of the same message, because I rated 0 some of the pics (which were last anyway and looked terrible). Now I think they deleted my account, although I did reply

Ha… got the same message because I voted low for one image… sent an email and got a very nice reply back. If you reply they will get back to you, as I understand they are pretty swamp with emails. They’re just trying to weed out the troublemakers from what I understand…

Yup, got a reply back too It's nice they are doing this although it envolves a lot of work on their part.
