The Low poly people of Doschdesign for aerial shots of course.
I thinking to buy them but I don't know.
Of course there are many others lowpoly peps like XYZ design or Lowpolygon 3d but they are so expensive only to use in background because they look odd in foreground.

I use Poser so you can get almost any type of people/animals that you need and what ever pose/posture and have control over the poly count... the only draw back is building a library of people - I made one 4 years ago and I'm still using them my clients are getting quite bored of seeing the same people over and over!!

I use aXYZ metropoly & Lowpolygon 3D and it works just fine for me.
