Espen: Hehe :D if you like it i'm happy, but i honestly didn't think it was such a good photo. Just a late night experiment before i hit the sack..

I see now where you ot your inspiration to your first photo, good idea!
Second one has lovely colors and detail in it, that one i like
Third one looks like it's on a boat, is it ?

:D funny text you wrote between the photos aswell hehe

Your cat shot is nice with the colors, contrast and that blurred out background. :)

Btw, you're definately not hogging this thread, it's here for a reason. That we all share our photos and have fun while trying to get better :) so feel free to post all you want, that's why i started this in the first place. It's not just for me, but for you all! :)

Keep on photographing and sharing your photos.

The First and third were on one of our recent boats. On sea trials. The first was in the main salon you can just see the windows on both sides. the third is one of the CCTV cameras in a stainless housing, you can see the lenses on the right.
The second is of a rough glass Turkish water jug handle, you can see the bubbles....... and oh! yes that's dust off to the top right, that's from our home.
The back ground for the cat is looking towards the mountains from my daughters widow.

Oh by the way I am Edwin (ESEA) and not Espen, He is the boss and he only capable of rotating, zooming and general playing around with the 3D models we create from his sketches. So he does not hang out here in the forums for 3D software. A very talented man none the less.

Max you keep rolling them out.....yummy... lighting.
Yes! Most of the boats we do are 45m and up. We do some smaller ones 8-11m but they are the tenders for the bigger ones.
Here are a few shots of my first project I was involved with right from the start ( before I joined Espen Oeino Naval Arch ) at 28m, tiny compared to what we do here but still a little ship none the less. You can see a lot more on the website I created back then (it has never been finished and no one has updated it since I left so don't comment on the site) http://www.yachttivoli.com/

Hey maybe we should start a new thread My first 3D creations
I recall that being done some time ago, ....maybe someone knows where to start digging for the thread --- I wouldn't know where to start. But maybe the renders contained therein deserve to just ----------Rest In Peace.

btw: nice render Espen .....:P

That second shot of the outgoing tide looks just like where I grew up in Florida.
The cousins of those hibiscus and oranges were in our yard.
Beautiful pics.
I hope it was a nice vacation.

Nice model on the chameleon I would suggest increasing the resolution on the skin mapping, the yellow and dark green spots are showing a bit of pixilation! I love the boat :D

Thanks. There are some very special and spectacular moments on boats, out on the water, that I miss not being there driving them. Instead I just draw and model them.

Thanks back then I was on a steep learning curve ............and today that curve has still not leveled off.
