with my nokia phone and my macs i have bluetooth sync with appointments, contacts, to do list and photos ....I can send sms from my mac and I can call and answer from the mac with my nokia in my pocket...

...to have more market (PC users) apple will sync the iphone with the most diffused apple application: itunes... now, for mac users this is a downgrade: no bluetooth sync (only dock)... but if I will can have filemaker (therefore all my office organizational structure) on the iphone this is a price that I'm disposed to pay...

ok, actually it's quite cool. but it's main reason is to make phone calls, since it is supposed to be a mobile phone, isn't it?
anybody knows if it is good in keeping the signal and working in hard conditions (in extrem weather condition, in place difficult to be reached by radio signals,...)?
And I still wonder how it works, let's say for emergency reasons, if the screen went broken...
