Please post here anything else (not relating to Maxwell technical matters)

Like bricks, stone walls, stone roads, roof tiles, moulding .....do they still use these things in architecture? If it's not there, you keep reminding, if it's there....well, that's not what I wanted anyway. Tough.....

If you would stop complaining and do some work for a change you might make the money back that you spent on Maxwell then maybe.....just maybe you would go buy a renderer that will suite your needs. BUT I doubt that because you'd rather sit around a moan about what's wrong with life.

What really gets on my nerves is when people don't put in the time to learn about how Maxwell works before they start posting their complaints and all the "bugs" (user errors).
Then there are those that complain and complain, but then you look and they have a great gallery full of very nice renders... Makes no sense to me.

I think the buildings of tomorrow will be grown via carbon nanotubes, ..... just add water, go to bed and voilà, ..new building. I figure it'll take humans about 2 years to put a building on every square millimeter of this God forsaken planet once the tech is available. It'll be one big freaking neighborhood of knuckleheads looking for a patch of lawn that doesn't exist. Beyond domestic cats and dogs,...animals will all be extinct. Rendering will be extinct too, ..a thing of the past because actually growing architecture will take about as much time as putting a nice render together ! ----why wait?
Complaining of any sort will have long since subsided, ... society will have become so damn instantaneous in nature that the complainers can't think fast enough to think of what to complain about.

Delusional thoughts from ivox...

:D :D

That's not what I mean... It is just because the distance between the camera and the model is much bigger than when you want to make a rendering of a cell phone for example...

Yes, you're right about that!

hey ...there is no need to be so hard ( and a bit rude) imo try and moderate yourself... above all stop giving sort of moral lesson on other people behaviour

Displace, motion blur, complete 3dsMax plug, and no-touch-of-what-works-great would really make sense to me...

Hello,

It's Monday again, and new requests for the release! I love Mondays....

I understand you are eager, and have been waiting a long time. However, I can not say more than: ready when ready. You will soon find an email in your inbox saying that it's been released.

Please be patient, your arguments won't speed up anything. On the contrary, I'm very busy preparing the release and the forum is taking up a lot of my time. It will be out SOON.

And please, keep things friendly here.

Thanks,

Nicole

Thanks for your "news" Nicole.
I think we keep it friendly, really...
And the forum is so more and more calm these days, that i don't think it takes so much time...
