dd.... I feel completely the same way.... our second was born downstairs too..... X marks the spot :D On the whole they understand pretty well when its important to keep quiet .... and I love it when my eldest comes back from school and rushes upstairs to tell me her news :D And of course the rent I am saving paid for mortgage to do the loft conversion so it kinda stacks up. Sometimes I think that clients really like coming round to a domestic scene and seeing that they are not paying for loads of overheads :D :?:

Max.... it really is as green as the photo shows..... the wind comes in from the west full of moisture - we are the first land it finds as the air gets pushed up over some big hills (Dartmoor) and down comes the rain. Not complaining..... over in the east of the country they have the opposite problem and even after winter the resevoirs are less than half full.... gonna be a hard summer for water :(

Get many crocs?
We have a 7 footer that visits every summer... other than that, you'd have to go to the Everglades to see one (which is about 6 miles from my house...). My house used to BE the Everglades...

Glebe - good to see Rackwick - I did a few new climbs on Rora head there as well as the old man - it's a lovely place.
Is the old boy in the house at the start of the track to the Old man still there - he used to offer us a "wee tipple" (about 1/4 pint of neat malt!) to keep us going on the climbs - at 9am.....
I'm impressed by people's offices - makes our understair cupboard look large and flash!......
Cheers
