It's Swan from the movie "Phantom of the Paradise", Brian de Palma 1974

Basically Swan is director of a musical major and enslaves a genius musician (the Phantom) by using his love for a women. He finally steals his music and his beloved using his power and Phantom's music.. a must-see movie, with no happy end
