to do it from home...you can setup apache..define your webroot...get a dyndns-domain....put all your content to google (pics and videos) and link that to yout webpages. this way you dont have to pay alot for the bandwidth. just test it and see if it manages your viewers. 317kb/sec is ok for afew people.
