This is probably as off topic as it gets, but here goes nothing:

I know there are inevitably a lot of architects / civil engineers among Maxwell users, and I am currently in need of one. The company I work for wants to expand and are considering building their own property as opposed to retrofitting an existing one. They have the land and other requirements all ready and are just looking for roughly how much it would be to construct a 4000sqft building for the needs of a product design consultancy. The properties we've found most suitable so far have been typical industrial units.
