I can't imagine the small screen having the same pronounced effect as seeing a 3d IMAX movie. I was an early adopter of HDTV, I won't do the same with 3d. I'll take a wait and see approach.

We have a 50" 3D Samsung screen (using a TI chipset) in our boardroom for almost 6 months and it blows the clients away. I use it with wireless shutter glasses from Stereographics and it works great. Only downside is now we have to do double the amount of rendering!

Quality is good at 1360x768 and we can do both stills or video.

How do you make the renders to make them 3D? I guess you need two images from different point view for each frame, right?
